The work Two Thousand and Twenty consists of two people playing a modified four-in-a-row game, but the chips are specially made of crystal acrylic, making it impossible to keep track of the players' positions and thus never to judge a winner or loser.
The video encapsulates the constant feeling of interactivity and communication changing a lot, while at the same time provoking a feeling of hope or adaptability, as both players, even under adverse conditions, continue to play as if it were a normal game.
When the video ends and loops, a new opportunity for a different outcome arises, but it quickly reaches the same end as before.
This work seeks to question how an object behaves when something so simple (in this case, the opacity and color of the chips taken away from the players, and how that has such a huge impact) is manipulated.
